Ingredients
Marinade
Add the marinade to the duck meat, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes and set aside.
Heat cooking oil, sauté shallots, garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add duck meat and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add cooking wine along the side of the pot, add water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook until the duck meat is soft and glutinous.
After the duck meat is cooked until soft, thicken the sauce over high heat, add sesame oil at the end, stir-fry a few times and then turn off the heat.
