Marinade
Use scissors along the bone of the chicken thighs, cut the meat, remove the bone. Wash it, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the water.
Add the marinade to the chicken thighs, spread evenly, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat up the olive oil, fry the shredded onion until fragrant, then add the chicken thighs, and fry both sides until golden brown.
Fry the shredded peppers and mushrooms until fragrant, then add water and high heat to collect the juice, then sprinkle with black pepper.
