Ingredients
Marinade
Add marinade to the chicken pieces, mix well, marinate for half an hour and set aside.
Heat oil and sauté the onion, minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry for a while.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir fry for a while, then add lemongrass and water, cover and simmer for 7 minutes on low heat after the water boils.
Add in dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the juice is thickened. Serve on a plate.
