Mexican-Style Beef And Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 200g beef, cut into strips
  • 1 handful pasta (serves 2)
  • A little olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Mix cornstarch + water (for thickening)
  • 1 tbsp Hand Flower Brand King Soy Sauce
  • A pinch of black pepper

Marinade

  • Appropriate amount of crushed pepper
  • 2 tbsp Hand Flower Brand King Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hand Flower Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of cornstarch
  • A little olive oil
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved

Add beef into marinade and mix well, marinate for half an hour and set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add olive oil and salt, cook the pasta to your desired doneness (about 8-10 minutes), drain and set aside.

Heat up the olive oil, fry the beef until cooked, add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for a while, then add soy sauce and cornstarch water to thicken.

Add the cooked pasta and stir-fry, let it absorb the juice a little, then sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
