Ingredients
Marinade
Add beef into marinade and mix well, marinate for half an hour and set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add olive oil and salt, cook the pasta to your desired doneness (about 8-10 minutes), drain and set aside.
Heat up the olive oil, fry the beef until cooked, add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for a while, then add soy sauce and cornstarch water to thicken.
Add the cooked pasta and stir-fry, let it absorb the juice a little, then sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
