Stir Fried Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 400g of green beans, cut in half after removing the head and tail
  • 150g minced meat
  • 3g of peppercorn
  • 10g dried chilli
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A little sugar
  • 1 tbsp Hand Flower Brand King Soy Sauce

Heat up a little cooking oil, pour in green beans and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the surface is slightly charred, take it out and set aside.

Heat cooking oil, fry the minced meat until the oil comes out, then add peppercorn, dried chili, minced garlic and dried shrimp and sauté until fragrant.

Return the green beans to the pot and stir fry, then add salt, sugar and soy sauce and stir well.
