Ingredients
After heating up the oil, sauté the sliced ginger, garlic and dried chili until fragrant, then pour in the crab and stir-fry over high heat.
Add soy sauce, sugar, spicy taucu sauce and water, mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the juice is reduced.
Finally, add the green onions and stir fry for a while.
